That is not entirely accurate.
one option the 1:78:1 displays as you would expect (though its listed here as 1:85 and I cannot confirm if thats truly correct or if it really is 1:78).
However it also list the 1:37;1 version with the same specs and that is misleading. The 1:37 version is actually full frame open matte
and centered in a (assumed) 1:85 ratio.
Going by how its written here on the site it comes across as if Arrow screwed up the disc and both versions are 1:78
To help further fix this, here is a compare screenshot taken with my iphone from my analog(crt) tv. I did this
because an analog set will truly show the aspect ratio which is set by the blu player only (in this case 4:3 letterboxed),
rather than having even more settings from an HD monitor
Below you can see the 1:37 version firs-t window boxed in a 1:78 or 1:85 ratio. Likewise below that is the 1:78 version of the same frame (well roughly same frame)
