OVERALL: Draw
The US MGM SE has anamorphic picture, 5.1 and original mono audio, and extras.
The US Criterion has anamorphic picture from a 4K restoration and exclusive extras but does not have the 5.1 track.
The UK Arrow dual format release also has an anamorphic picture and adds a 1-hour Frankenheimer documentary, but note it doesn't include the photo gallery or trailers from the US SE, and doesn't include the 5.1 audio.
Avoid the German release since it is missing original English audio and the master has been cut to match the shorter German language version's track.
