You have listed the region A blu-ray (anchor bay) as missing the audio commentary for the film that appears on some overseas versions. This is incorrect. The Anchor Bay region A blu does include this feature film commentary:

Ahh ok then. When I was originally looking at it, it just seemed to appear that it meant both versions since they both use the 1:78 window
