I've used Zoverstocks for years with no problems,but in the last month their customer service as far as my purchases are concerned has gone to pot!.My wife ordered me the dutch version of Kickboxer & was sent K-Pax (Cinema Club),Carry On Sergeant never turned up & to make matters worse I ordered the boxset of War & Remembrance for a bargain £16.99 & received the dutch single disc release of Avatar!(Not such a bargain!)

Over 1000 orders with them, and only just now got two problems of missing items, both from the same order. Sent them an e-mail today.

I've certainly ordered over a 100 items including CDs & never experienced problems like this before.Pricewise they are pretty unbeatable,so I don't know what's going off with them at the moment.

Received refunds for both of mine today. Latest estimated arrival date was 21st October for both.
