Have do you get time to watch all of these (or money to pay from them). Or do you get complementary copies in your capacity as manager of this august database?

I don't really get the time to watch them all (I still need to catalogue 4000 of them on my Profiler database) and my to watch pile is well into the thousands (though watched 200 films this year already) but I sleep as little as two hours a night and that is when I get most of my viewing done.

Price wise, I actually spend surprisingly little. I limit myself to £50 a week, so probably the same amount as a smoker spends a week if they smoke one pack a day, or half a night in the pub. I don't smoke and very rarely drink. I am also very patient. I do buy things I really really want immediately (like Coffy coming in a few weeks), but often I am more than happy to wait for huge price drops.

I also scour forums for bargains from users (AV Forums a fave), and probably buy about 75% used these days. CeX is a god send, and the two discs I posted as received today were part of a larger order. ACAB was £0.25, and Alien Species was £0.10. A Knight's Tale Blu was £1.50 etc etc. I have a couple of local charity shops too that actually do not put out their latest donations until I go through them first. They sell the DVDs for £0.25, and Blu-rays for £1-3. I generally grab anything from them I don't have as they always give me sweet deals when I buy a whole bunch of them and it keeps me in their good graces (I donate a lot of my own stuff not film related to them too).

I also tend to buy used discs cheap even if I doubt I will ever watch it so I can add the specs here eventually, but this is a very bad habit I am trying to drop.

I do get 8-10 complementary titles a month too that get reviewed, but they account for probably less than 1% of my collection.
