I'm not sure if you care to add this information about the GERMAN DVD release (none of which I can confirm from an actual disc).
According to Amazon.de, "Wasser" has a running time of 85 minutes (PAL) which is some 8 minutes shorter than the (awful) UK PAL release.

We class trailers as an unsubstantial extra so it would not be cause to be a winner in itself, but the cropped UK transfer certainly makes this clear cut!
