* In the Blu-Ray comparison http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=20714, the sound of the Second Sight version is said to be French PCM 2.0 stereo. I suspect it is more likely to be dual mono (on both the Blu-Ray and the DVD):
-- Amazon Blu-Ray page http://www.amazon.co.uk/Betty-Blue-Delu ... B00F1BKSWS says "Audio: Original Mono presented in LPCM Dual Mono 2."
-- Amazon DVD page http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00F1BKT04 says "Audio: Original Mono presented in Dolby Digital Dual Mono 2.0", although all the other specs listed are copied from the Blu-Ray page
(I know it's Amazon but I guess maybe the specs there are provided by Second Sight (whose own website is down for updating at the moment) and they wouldn't claim mono if it wasn't)
-- http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Betty-Blu ... 79/#Review doesn't mention stereo or mono
-- http://www.blu-raydefinition.com/review ... eview.html says "Despite only being a monaural soundtrack, the French LPCM 2.0 (48kHz/16-bit) track…"
-- I haven't watched the entire film yet but on dipping in and out it sounds like mono to me
-- all other versions are mono
(the sleeve of the DVD just says "Dolby Digital 2.0")
