"Street Fighter 2: Anime Film" - you list that it is "cut", but is it the English version with the shower scene missing or censored? Is the English dub track with or without profanity?

No blood and the shower scene is censored (no shots of breasts or bottom). The runtime is the same.

It's the 1995 US-made cartoon series, not the Japanese-made "Street Fighter II: V" anime series:
