I can only find a 2-disc DVD or a 2-disc Blu-ray edition. Where did you buy the single disc edition? Do you have pictures?

OK, this is the 2008 film and not the 2015 remake you linked. Now it makes sense.

Also, the Japanese DVD is 2.35:1 and not 1.85:1?

yes sorry i like wrong movie my japanese knowledge is limited.
Yea i was wrong. it is 1.85:1
I think the aussie version is 2008 version too. I didnt know there was original and re-make too
