I ask because the The Roadshow R4 release has the runtime as 84:48, and says the layer change of the disc comes at 67:36 which happens to be what you listed as the full runtime of the Umbrella disc.

Either you got a defective disc which is missing the entire second layer of the DVD, or some kind of other mistake...
