Is there only one German dub track?
Are you sure these are remixed stereo tracks, not the original mono?

well you can never to be 100 % sure and i am not a sound expert, but when i get this on a computer it says ac3 stereo
It is also printed stereo on the box
There is 2 german dub. They are also mention in Stereo on the cover
