Notes:
- Sleeve mentions an extra "Notes on Two for the Road by Rachel Moseley" which isn't on the disc. It might mean printed notes, in which case they were unfortunately missing from my copy.
- I think this must be the Studio Canal release mentioned as "also available" in the comparison (Amazon also says this is a Studio Canal release). However, it was released in 2004 which I think is before Optimum was taken over by Studio Canal.
