A bit of a marathon, I hope I've got all the details right... :)

Disc Three: Extras

Johanes Doktor Faust (The first film with Švankmajer in the credits (as puppeteer)) (Emil Radok, 1956) (17:22) (2.78:1 non-anamorphic)
Nick Carter in Prague (Švankmajer was the animator for this film which was made during a period when he was banned from making his own films) (Oldrich Lipský, 1977) (4:59 (selected clips from a 102-minute film)) (4:3)
The Cabinet of Jan Švankmajer (UK Channel 4 documentary, 1984) (53:36) (4:3) with separate introduction by the Quay Brothers (3:18)
Les Chimères des Švankmajer (French documentary, 2001) (58:18) (4:3)
Czech TV interview (2001) (8:58) (4:3)
Trailer for Švankmajer's full-length film "Lunacy" (2005) (3:04) (1.78:1 anamorphic)

In the case:
- 54-page booklet (sadly missing from "my" copy)

Unfortunately it is impossible to search for Švankmajer as director in the database, presumably because of the accent (e.g. searching for Švankmajer or Svankmajer as director will not find http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=4108). So perhaps "Jan Svankmajer - The Complete Short Films" without accent should be added as an AKA as the title, so that the search can find it.

US equivalents:

2003: Two separate DVDs were released by Image Entertainment:
- The Collected Shorts of Jan Svankmajer Vol. 1
- The Collected Shorts of Jan Svankmajer Vol. 2
2005: The above two DVDs were brought together in a single package (this time under the Kino brand):
- The Collected Shorts of Jan Svankmajer
2006: A separate collection was released by Kino:
- Jan Svankmajer: The Ossuary and Other Tales

It looks like "Jabberwocky", "Leonardo's Diary" and "Another Kind of Love" are missing from these collections. "Jabberwocky" was on https://www.amazon.com/Cinema16-Europea ... B000UX6TNE in R1, but that's OOP. "Darkness - Light - Darkness" is also on the US release of http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=4108.

"Svankmajer" is without the accent in the US titles.

Strange, I thought I had added this a while back but apparently not. I will take this one... again?
Unfortunately it is impossible to search for Švankmajer as director in the database, presumably because of the accent (e.g. searching for Švankmajer or Svankmajer as director will not find http://dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=4108). Searching under "Švankmajer" for director does show the "Alice" Blu-ray and DVDs for me.

You're right... I tried in a very old browser, but now I've tried in a newer browser and it does work.

Good work!
I noticed a small error - under "The Ossuary and Other Tales", there is:

- "Manly Games" (AKA "Cirile Games") (1988), should be Virile

Cheers!
