Yep, dialog is in German/English/Russian. Reversible sleeve because of rating - nothing special.

That is what ofdb have listed, but that is 100% a typo. I just checked info for rips of the UK release (the one thing pirate sites can be good for I guess) and found it listed as 110:22 rather than 119:22. Buttons are next to each other so an easy typo I guess... Good catch.
