Originally released in a faulty version using older masters and misprinted disc art for discs 10 and 11, the new set released in October utilizes the same masters as the Hong Kong edition and fixed the disc art.
The set that replaced the faulty version had a defective "Fist Of Fury" Blu-Ray which was missing the Mandarin Dolby Digital 2.0 mono (it would instead play the Cantonese Dolby Digital 2.0 mono when selected). Shout! Factory has issued replacement discs for customers, and the newest sets available have these problems resolved.
Jon Benn's name is misspelled in the menus.
The case incorrectly lists a trailer for "Bruce Lee: The Legend" which is not included.
"I Am Bruce Lee" incorrectly lists the Dolby Digital 2.0 track as DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0
