I thought I'd add some clarifying details for the US Special Edition of "Jin-Roh" (possibly the best anime ever, btw). On disc 2, the extras with run times and correct designations are as follows:

It appears that the featurette is the same on all available releases, but there might be some confusion caused by the different titles used in the comparison, so it could be helpful to everywhere use the actual title from the featurette credits as I have done above (the disc menu simply says "interviews").
Note that there is also a recent limited German mediabook release, which features the Blu-Ray version you have already listed together with a DVD of the film and another DVD of bonus material. The Italian 2-disc DVD edition also appears to feature some unique extras, at least going by the cover, which mentions an "animation comparison" and a 7-minute "The Way of the Wolves - A Guide to the Secrets of Jin-Roh" featurette.
