Notes: All episodes have a slight but noticeable pitch raise (whether or not this is so-called PAL speed-up is unclear), resulting in just a little less than a semitone rise in pitch, so that Laurie Johnson's opening theme is no longer in C, but close to C#. Voices sound reasonably realistic (the speed up rate is around 4%, which for normal dialogue won't make anyone sound squeaky.

Just realized I forgot to say (no pun intended) in Notes that the final episode on the set The Forget Me Knot is actually the first episode of Series 6. In America it was shown as the final episode of Series 5 as it featured Diana Rigg's last appearance.
