I own the DVD set and can note that this is a behind-the-scenes featurette titled only as “Anes metode” (English: “Ane’s Method”), that is, a documentary following Ane Dahl Torp’s work.

The title card for the featurette does not state the words “Behind the scenes 2”.

Recommended formulation:

“Anes metode” featurette (14:48)

Apparently the DVD is still missing from the database... I’ll add it soon.

yes seems like Markus is correct. 1080i50 and extra in SD. There is no subtitle options on the deleted scenes
