Are you sure on the subtitles? I have the UK Blu-ray also from Anchor Bay, and the subtitles are only available for the German sections of dialogue (and forced, not optional).

Yes and the subtitles are only available for the German sections of dialogue (and forced, not optional). You are right. Forced for the german sections
