So this is a re-release with a different title and distributor?

Well it's exactly the same content with only the additional trailers. Even the E-M-S logo at the beginning of the movie is still there. Only difference: title is new ("Conspiracy etc.) Background: E-M-S went bankrupt and 3L was one of the companies that bought E-M-S assets.
