On German reviews and sites there are no mentions of an audio commentary for the film, and the US disc doesn't have one either. Are you sure about this?

The US release has a few featurettes under "Extra Points" which the "Ride Along" segment is less than 1 minute. For the German release "Ride Along" is the only visual effects segment and it's over 4 minutes long?

First one is a misunderstanding: I meant commentary for the extras, not the movie. Second one: Included in the featurette "Extra Points - Visual Effects" are "Ride Along","Gearing Up", "Ping Pong", "Crowd Control" and "Hornet's Nest".
