Must be. UK Norwegian version is 118:55 and English version 113:56.

You write 113 minutes for the Blu-ray but looking at this, the runtime is 118 minutes. Makes sense now.
As for the audio, 7.1 seems correct. Sometimes BDinfo can have errors like that if run improperly.
But another question is why are there 3 Norwegian subtitle streams?
