Okay, here's the deal:

The back of the box says Japanese 2.0 with English subtitles.

In my Blu-ray player, the sole audio choice listed is English Dolby Digital Stereo.
In DVDFab Media Player Pro, the audio is listed as English - AC3 Stereo.

In real life, though, the audio is Japanese only, so my Blu-ray player and DVDFab Media Player Pro both have it wrong.

Why would that be? Got me. The thing is, both my Blu-ray player and DVDFab Media Player Pro are wrong;
there is only Japanese audio on this disc.

That's not your computer's fault. It is the disc manufacturer. They labeled the audio ad "English" by mistake. Again, an example of how distributors can mess up simple things.
