No, it is not.

You might be right. The fact that the introductory Shaw Brothers logo and fanfare is missing from
the DVD adds to the possibility.

That said, many Korean DVDs with this look are on eBAY and on Amazon.com.

This DVD has no company name on it anywhere.

It can be extremly difficult to find company name on asian DVDS. Especially Thai, and Korean.
Sometimes i just hope i can see something in the startup.
