I dont see the abnormal mention anywhere and it say the road inside..

For the distributor. That was i found on amazon. There is no english word or no distributor mention in english so i had to use that amazon search.

It clearly says "The Abnormal" as the Japanese title. Just correcting your spelling.

It seems "Earth Gate" was the older distributor.
This one you linked, Amazon says the company is "A.R.C."

I have no idea where you got that other company name from.

The packaging doesn't have ARC listed anywhere and double checked with pictures from Rakuten and Amazon, and it seems this newer budget release is a reissue of the Earth Gate DVD from 2014, with a different barcode and distributor info.
Your disc and has "Fine Disc Corporation" as the distributor so I will list it as that.
