As far as I know, the director's cut is not available in the UK other than this HMV exclusive. (It's similar to the HMV exclusive version of the Shining Extended Edition - again part of their Premium Collection range).

Just one more thing - what is the runtime of the theatrical version on the DVD?

So the Blu-ray has the Theatrical Version (93:53) and the Director's Cut (103:12)
DVD has the Theatrical Version (90:00 PAL).

Is this correct?

DVD has the Theatrical Version (90:02 PAL) - I missed out the two seconds from my previous post. I just looked over all the other details and runtimes and that's it all captured.
