Does anybody know if PERDITA DURANGO on the German EMS label has English subtitles when there are Spanish speaking scenes?
I know this is the best version of the film - I read elsewhere - The UK dvd previously on Metrodome label was non-anamorphic but does have the above subs
The Spanish dvd mentioned on dvdcompare.net states its the best version with correct aspect ratio - how? non-anamorphic!
Could someone please help - thanks

User Åsmund_Utvik submitted the DVD specs so it may be best to hear an answer from him. I sent him a PM about the DVD.
As for the non-anamorphic Spanish release being the "winner", it has been updated as a "draw"/

I have the DVD somewhere. I believe the English subtitles are for the entire track, not just the Spanish scenes.

if I can't get an answer considering I get different reviews / opinions about PERDITA DURANGO...
I read in IS IT UNCUT? that its okay but they have made mistakes in past like saying the R1 dvd of THE CONVENT is uncut when its cut by 8secs
maybe Arrow can release it??
instead of releasing crap films and/or from their back catalogue

I have re-sent a PM to Asmund about the subtitle issue.
As for Arrow re-releasing their "crap" titles, I'm not exactly sure which ones you are referring to since their re-releases have been on the excellent side of things as well as their new releases.

Asmund replied with the following:
The info of no subtitles is contradicting to the entry, so I asked him if this is correct or not.
So now he is saying there are NO English subtitles at all and no Spanish language scenes.Asmund_Utvik wrote:I do not understand the problem.
I mean it is fully english languages and NO spanish lang. There is NO english subtitles. Only full english dubbed scenes
