Generally: Don't you link to the other disc anymore (like in the Blu-ray entry link to the DVD copy and vice versa)?

As for the link, it is down to whoever adds it. Personally I generally don't as the time could be better utilised moving on to the next item. Others do prefer to do it. I've added them.
