There are two "Trailer Reel" extras on the disc? Is that how they are labeled on the menu? Ad for the 44 second one, is it a trailer for multiple movies or a promo for the DVD company?

yes, the first one more like a commerical for the rls.company. With short clips from unknown movies

Both the "Bonus Trailers" (5:02) and "Promo Trailer" (0:44) are labeled "Trailer" on the menu.

If you could tell me a position, for example "Trailer on the right is "Bonus Trailers"" or something if you can tell us which "Trailer" option plays which trailer.

Ok i rechecked again. I did confuse with another movie
Promo Trailer" (0:44) =startup trailer (before the movie)
