Hello, hello
I do want to see all of them again.
If i understand right the right way to go with 2/3 is this one; https://www.umbrellaent.com.au/movies/3 ... results=19
Number 2 in different version. Uncut.
It looks to me that this is the version to get of 4/5; https://www.umbrellaent.com.au/movies/3 ... results=19
DVDcompare.net says it's uncut.
Am I right or wrong here?
When it comes to number one I am more unsure.
2 versions
Warner; http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Death-Wish-Blu-ray/42645/
Paramount; http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Death-Wis ... ay/185701/
It looks like Paramount has released the same disc, but I couldn't find the Paramount version on dvdcompare.net
Does anyone know for sure that they are the same?
Death Wish on blu-ray, what shall I buy?

Re: Death Wish on blu-ray, what shall I buy?
For “Death Wish” the Identical US Warner and Paramount are the only available. Hopefully one day someone will issue it with relevant extras.
For “2” the Shout! Factory has 2 cuts in HD with an exclusive commentary by Paul Talbot. I haven’t heard this but judging from the commentaries he did for 4 and 5, it has to be top notch.
The Umbrella “2” is a double feature with “3” and has multiple alternate cuts of the film on a bonus DVD, amd has a lot of video based extras. Review is here: http://dvdcompare.net/review.php?rid=4896
Note about the audio track being upped to lossless audio in the quiet reissue.
4 and 5 - definitely go for the Umbrella. Review is coming soon!

You rule. And, I do love the dvdcompare site.
I never buy a movie without checking with you guys first.
I did order Umbrella of 2/3 and 4/5 and the first one from Paramount.
You said that Shout have an extra version in HD of number DW2, but as long as I get the uncut one in HD I am good. I never watch the shorter versions.
It's a shame that number one hasn't recived a spec ed. I guess it will be announced now that I have ordered it, hehe

I checked BBFC, and it was released uncut in 2006. It looks like the specs are the same as the US one
