This review says the DTS-HD MA track is 5.1 but you say it is 2.0. Could you check your disc again?
Also it says there is an introduction by the director on the Blu-ray.

For the DVD, no commentary, no 2005 version?

Yes there is 5.1 sound and introduction and audio commentary on dvd and blu-ray but that 2005 is only on blu-ray
