I've encountered a few discs like this, sometimes done intentionally, but other times a mastering error.
Next time it would be helpful if you could list in the notes about the audio track rather than writing "5.1 stereo" because that is a little confusing.

Also instead of writing the barcode number, if available on Amazon, the Amazon ID is more helpful.

I searched around on the net but I couldn't find any more details if intentionally or error. Best Entertainment is a rather lousy company that doesn't put much care into their releases, so I guess it's a mastering error. I'm sorry. Promised next time more details on such a matter.

Another question, you're sure the transfer is anamorphic? Looking up differing versions and finding various anamorphic\non-anamorphic transfers for this film.

Black bars on the top and bottom within a 1.33:1 image. This is NON-anamorphic.

Oh! Ok. The example on your guide looked so much more extreme, so I thought this is anamorphic. Lesson learned.

The examples in the guide is for comparing them on widescreen monitors.
Your screencap was taken with a fullscreen 1.33:1 setting and that's how a non-anamorphic widescreen transfer would look. Thanks for the screenshot!
