Do you have both discs to confirm this?

No, only the Waterfall, but I've a handful of GMVS DVDs and have just tested them - all R0. I've looked at rear sleeve scans of other GMVS releases online and no sign of region coding there either.
Both were short-lived "public domain" companies with only a couple of dozen releases apiece. They're definitely connected, though I'm unsure exactly how. Nerdy I know, but I've been tracking outfits like this forever. In the case of these two, their releases are often credited interchangeably, regardless of whose logo they carry. Like here.
At best, one is a repackage of the other. I don't suppose it's possible to track down who added the GMVS?
Either way, it isn't a huge deal: this is hardly a classic of the genre and I reckon all but one or two of its releases are listed anyway, so not much scope for confusion!

Cool.
I've corrected the link in my last post; have a look at the rear sleeve scan.

They are the same disc - have the same disc ID, but still two different companies.
Like Brent said though, they are definitely related, but there isn't really a tangible link which is annoying. The only difference in covers between the two companies is literally the company name.
It's a tough one, as to avoid losing films in bankruptcy etc they might have sold their titles to themselves under a different company.
I'm sure Prism and Boulevard, and somehow Hollywood DVD are all related in a similar manner.![:o](./images/smilies/icon_eek.gif)

Thanks Sam,
And I agree with you on the other companies. I know for a fact a lot of the time it's connected to having under-the-radar bootlegging outfits that, when sued, can be quickly dissolved, declaring bankruptcy. They then set up again immediately, using all the same resources and assets, but under a different name. I've seen this over and over but it's often difficult proving it 100% And even when I write about it and do provide proof, like news reports and links to printouts of court judgements, etc, many remain unconvinced... But we must endure.

It also needs noting that the UK and Oz* discs are NTSC-PAL transfers. No doubt dubbed from a US TV broadcast or perhaps even US VHS.
*Force Video the bootleggers again! They're always in there somewhere.
