I was under the assumption that the UK and US Blu-rays of "Island of Death" were identical, but if the UK Blu-ray has a 1080i 50hz bonus feature, it cannot play on the US version.

Could you make a BDInfo report of the "Return to Island of Death" featurette?

Also what is "Bookware"?

i did mean booklet. Curious 1080i 50hz bonus feature. Why cant that play on region a?

It says 1080i 29.97fps. That is 1080i 60hz, it will play on US players.
