Is this a Blu-ray or a DVD? You listed Blu-ray, but there are some DVD specs in your post.
As for the 4 English subtitles and 2 Japanese subtitle tracks, are they just listed as "English" "English" "English" "English" in the menus?

With Sony they usually have English (US) subtitles and English (UK) subtitles, with American English subtitles appearing on Region A players and British English on Region B and C players.

The mystery is with the Japanese subtitles. What happens when you turn on the second set of Japanese subtitles?

Ok mystery solved

On powerdvd only 2 english subtitles are shown on the meny. It says English (UNITED States) 1 and 2 on them
Also the chinese (taiwan) and only shows one japanese subtitles. Japanese (Japan) 1.
Seems like Japan 2 is hidden and 2 english subtitles are hidden
On leaw blu-ray player you can see all subtitles
So when i put on english 3-4 and japanese 2, there is no subtitles on the screen.

I guess they are hidden for other markeds than Scandinavia..
