Do we know why the French, German and UK 4K restoration BDs have runtimes almost two minutes shorter than all the others?
The US BD's runtime is listed as "162:66". It should be 162:16.

The differences;
The 162 minute runtime is the film with the Japanese credits at the end which last 3:33 with all Japanese text.
The SC 160 minute runtime is the film with the French language credits plus 4K restoration credits at the end which lasts 1:30 with all French text.
Also minor differences in the opening with the differing studio logos depending on which edition and what territory, which give or take run around 20-30 seconds. The SC Restoration uses the modern Studio Canal logo plus the Kadokawa logo, but missing the black screen "Serge Silverman presente"...
The Criterion has the Criterion stripe logo plus the Nippon Herald logo, has the black screen with "Serge Silverman presente"... so they differ about 10 seconds - Criterion being longer.
I can't confirm if the older Studio Canal had the Japanese end credits, but it seems most likely. Updated the page and the review.

Thanks for the detailed reply, James. I was almost certain it was merely a restoration credits and idents issue, but couldn't figure why the majority were identical, with just a few exceptions.
