This part I understand. The Troma Interactivity has a tour featurette, then a submenu for "Sex Department" with 4 featurettes

I asked before, but are these optional commentaries or mandatory commentaries? Also looking at a back cover scan at DVD Empire, Mark Torgl is credited, not Michael Herz. Is the box wrong?

Yes it have a runtime. Not sure you could called it a submenu. The other items i have listed is under that submenu (which is a video)

Hm, I don't quite understand this. Apparently Eric has the same disc you are describing so maybe he can explain it better. As for the corrections, please update your post.
