Hi James, I haven't watched the film yet so I can't be definite, but I did come across some Russian dialogue when I was preparing the submission without consciously looking for it. Also, the film's wikipedia page gives quite a lot of weight to the Russian and Polish parts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Europa_Europa ).
