"No subtitles" - is it not a menu option? How do you choose subtitles? Do the audio and subtitle buttons not work?

No, it's not - or only halfway: If you choose "Inglés" the option "sin subtítulos" on the audio/subtitle menu (they are shown both at the same time, not in two different menus) which is visible on the right of the audio/subtitles menu disappears. If you choose "Castellano" or "Catalán", there is an option "Sin subtítulos". What I meant with the players is that on the LG model you can choose no subtitles manually if English is chosen with the remote control. If you use the Samsung model, this option is locked with the remote control - you have to do the "trick" with the Castellano/Catalan audio which you can change manually via remote, then choose no subtitles and then change the audio back to English via remote.

Still not very clear about it. I probably have to see it myself to understand. I just updated as "Forced subtitles can be removed on selected players."

Hmm. You know what? I guess I just made quite a huge mistake. I got confused by the menu.

In the first, you can see that if English is selected, there is no "no subtitles" option (after you click the audio, you "land" automatically in the subtitles menu). In the second if you selected Spanish or Catalan, there is a "no subtitles" option. I got confused and thought that, if there is no "no subtitles" option for English, you have to choose one of the others. But you can opt for English and simply go back from the subtitles menu without choosing one... Sorry for the confusion. ;-) So in other words: nothing is forced at all.
