The runtimes seem about 40 minutes longer than all other releases.

Aha! Sorry: have simply notated them incorrectly. They're actually 102 and 107 min.

Do you know what the audio is on the Koch BD's TV version? Going by the OFDb, it looks like there are two versions of it, with different runtimes: https://ssl.ofdb.de/view.php?page=fassu ... vid=433011.
I see Koch's DVD has slightly different extras, with just the extended scenes of the TV version: https://ssl.ofdb.de/view.php?page=fassu ... vid=439399.
I'd like to pick up one or the other, probably the latter, though it would be helpful to know exactly what's on them.
