The US BD is actually R0 and its missing runtime is 142:55. Shout! Factory's recent BD is a straight reissue of it, except the 2.0 track is now DTS HD-MA.
The UK Second Sight BD has all the same features and adds two new interviews, but drops the extra 5.1 and 2.0 tracks, and the main 5.1 track is in PCM.
There's also a Japanese BD from Orustak Pictures.

I'm afraid not - or else I'd have posted them! I 'only' have the first US BD. Perhaps you could add a note about it and the Japanese, requesting specs?
