The French DVD is definitely NTSC-PAL, so you can remove the note. I have it, along with a handful of other Editions Montparnasse/RKO films DVDs, and they're all the same.
Its “Cuts” section entry needs altering to “NTSC-PAL”.
The winner comment needs updating to include the Odeon.
