Correction to the US release:

The only extras are the Theatrical Trailer (1:54), the audio commentary with Tiffany Bolling and Igo Kantor and the interview with Tiffany Bolling (9:08). Everything else that is listed isn't there...

Well, my release from Code Red must be a different version then. I have only what I wrote on my disc. There has to be another version in circulation. I guess what is listed here is the Ronin Flix Exclusive. The "normal" Code Red version defenitely lacks in extras.
