Thank you for the help!

That is weird. If I copy/paste the ASIN in the search bar of the amazon website I can see the exact same cover art as my copy. The release information though on the amazon page does not seem to correspond to my copy at all so apologies for that.

Further details, the disc is not housed in a regular keep case. It is a "hardcase" which is oversized, looks almost like a book cover, X Rated has released many of those special cases over the years.
