These are the BBFC cuts for West 11

WEST 11 (1963)
Classified ‘X’ for theatrical release in 1963 after the following cuts:
R3 - Shorten the love-making of Ilsa and Joe.
Remove “sex” (in “Sex always makes me thirsty”)
R4 - There should be no shots of Ilsa standing on the stairs when she is clearly seen to be naked.

I checked out the Network DVD which contains the UK theatrical print and also the 'Alternative scenes' which are on this as supplementary material. The alternative scenes correspond to the BBFC cuts apart from an interesting exception.

R3 - the opening 30s of the sex scene in the 'extras' has been cut from the theatrical print which was presumably cut in order to satisfy the BBFC request to shorten the scene. This removes Ilsa’s dialogue “Does my face change when I make love” and her telling Joe “You look like a God”.
The dialogue cut is in the second half of the sex scene and here "Sex always makes me thirsty" has been altered to "Sleep always makes me thirsty". The 'sex' variant is in the alternative scene material.

R4 - The theatrical cut contains a single shot of Ilsa standing on the stairs after Joe has thrown her out and has been obviously darkened so that you can barely see anything of her presumably so that the BBFC would accept the shot without it having to be cut. Joe's throwing her out of the apartment and ripping off her top is a single shot. In the alternative material on the DVD, the shot of Joe throwing Ilsa out is interrupted by a brief close-up insert of a woman's bare breasts. This would never have got past the BBFC and was presumably a body double shot insert intended for Continental audiences. There is also more of Ilsa bare at the top of the stairs and the shot of Joe pulling her top into the apartment and throwing it away is a different take than the one shown in the theatrical print.
The final shot of Ilsa nude on the stairs, sobbing, is as per the theatrical print but not darkened so much clearer although it is relatively discreet.
