The listing footnote could do with amending. VCI issued this and Ruby (1977) with the same problem. Copy the first two sentences from Ruby's footnote (with link) and add my new one:

• Initial pressings were subject to an authoring error. See HERE for details on replacement discs. Faulty and corrected discs are identical; the only way to tell them apart is by carefully examining the shrinkwrap on a brand new, sealed copy.
