P.S.
Found a Dutch review [ http://www.dvdinfo.be/bespreking.php?id=2046 ] while it does not have exact times. Everything on it would suggest it is the same as the Spain release. Right down to the reviewer complaining that there is no Dutch language options.

Shifts between 1.78:1 and 2.33:1.

If I remember right, when last did this for the US release we just stuck with 1.78:1. Because if all else that's going to be the ratio if someone were to watch on those extra wide TVs they don't make anymore (except for computer monitors). Or at least something to that.

The US is the same. Introductions at 1.78:1 and the music at about 2.35:1.

More or less. We decided at the time to go with 1.78:1. But to be more accurate we should have both aspect ratios. Like how "The Grand Budapest Hotel" has multiple aspect ratios.
