Yes it is in Spanish.- Includes Newspaper Leaflet.
Is this in English or Spanish?
It is not so much as an extra, but rather a gag/joke.- EPA statement can be viewed in English or Spanish (Castilian).
What is the EPA statement? It is not listed in the extras.
You can see a screen cap of it just under "MATERIAL COMPLEMENTARIO". I tried to post here but all I get is the sites logo. It should look somewhat similar to an ani-piracy text that pop-up in Fox DVDs and Blu-rays.

Re: The Simpsons Movie (Spain DVD) FAO Matthew
In the Finnish-Swedish DVD, it is only shown if the language is selected English:

When you hit “PLAY MOVIE” in the main menu, you’ll see this screen for a few seconds, before the movie starts.
The EPA is an entity from the film.

Is the EPA screen only in Spanish or in English when English is chosen?

Cannot really say, but I would assume yes.Is the EPA screen only in Spanish or in English when English is chosen?
Here is the google translation:
And before the film, this funny poster is shown (it is available in Spanish or English) - let's remember that the EPA is not an invention of the film but actually exists in the United States (it is the Environmental Protection Agency)
