It appears though I could only find the edition you have. The ASIN link to Cover A is actually that for the limited edition release of Curse of Chucky.

Yeah, they went full in with this one - also Child's Play 2 got this treatment from Birnenblatt. They did the whole series (without the first one) with those special covers, but only Child's Play 2 and 3 had this lawish new bonus content. I also have Child's Play 2, will post specs later.
