i am not realy sure U-Control is a copyright of Universal Studios Home Entertainment but its just a fancy way of saying BonusView.
it is another way to watch the extras. I never use it
The only way is if the BD producers made those features accessible from the menu. Universal's U-Control enabled tracks are Profile 1.1 compatible only and as such only play during the film.

I know what U-Control is. We need to list what kind of features are here. If it’s a commentary, who are the participants? If it’s storyboards, featurettes, interviews, there are many different types of U-Control features.

I found on reviews that the U-Control feature is a video commentary with Billingsley and Vaugh. I also found a scan of the back cover of the Danish edition (with English text) and it also says it has a video commentary with Billingsley and Vaugh.

The back cover also says "Traditional Mandarin" so it's clear it's Traditional.

Maybe your Norwegian edition(?) has different text, but it was on there for Denmark. Also, if you cannot play an extra because something is wrong with the disc, please try to find what the extra is in reviews or other places so we can verify what it is.
